By introducing of a new ‘Reason to Invest’ section, reimagining the content structure, and infusing Derwent London subtle design principles within our thinking and refined execution, subtle white foiling on the front cover and PUR binding, form and function came together in complete harmony.

Derwent London required an annual report with a timeless quality to reflect its property regeneration, design-led philosophy and relentless attention to detail across some of the capital’s most iconic heritage buildings.
